THE BUSINESS CASE

Turn interest into a useful conversation.

A strong website answers the questions people ask before they call: what you do, who you help, where you work and why they should choose you. We plan those answers into the page structure, then build a responsive website your business can keep using as it develops.

Explore the service scope, process and package information below. We can help you decide how this fits alongside your existing website and marketing.

01 / IN DETAIL

WordPress website design for service businesses

A business website has several jobs: explain the work you do, demonstrate why a customer should trust you and make an enquiry easy. We plan the structure around those decisions. A homeowner comparing repair services needs different information from a procurement manager comparing suppliers. Both need clear service descriptions, relevant evidence and a reliable contact route.

Our WordPress website design service covers new business websites, redesigns and e-commerce projects. Before choosing a layout, we establish which pages the business needs, what content already exists and which actions matter. We can organise individual service pages, project examples, FAQs and contact forms so visitors do not have to piece the offer together themselves.

02 / IN DETAIL

Website redesigns that protect useful content

An existing site can contain valuable search traffic, established links and pages that already generate enquiries. A redesign should account for that history. We review the current URLs and content, identify what needs to be retained or improved, and prepare redirects where a page address changes. The new navigation should be simpler without discarding information customers use.

Copywriting, mobile layouts, page titles, headings and internal links are considered together. We also review the practical details that affect conversions: whether a phone number is easy to use, what an enquiry form asks for and whether a service page explains the next step. A visually polished site still needs to work well for someone who is short on time.

03 / IN DETAIL

What affects website design cost and delivery?

Page count is one part of the scope. The amount of original writing, the number of distinct services, product information, photography, integrations and approval rounds also affect the work. Our published packages provide a starting point, from a brochure website through to a larger authority site or online shop. We agree the actual inclusions before a build begins.

Bring your current website, examples of work, brand files and an outline of the enquiries you want. We will identify missing content and organise the build into planning, design, content, development and review. Launch timing depends on the agreed scope and the availability of materials and approvals; a delivery date should be confirmed for your project.

04 / IN DETAIL

Hosting and support after your website launches

The website build and ongoing hosting are separate commitments. Managed hosting is NZ$80 plus GST per month under the published hosting offer. It includes WordPress care and the support described on the hosting page; substantial redesigns and new functionality require a separate scope.

Before launch, the site needs working forms, correct contact details, mobile checks and a clear plan for domain, hosting and analytics access. If a site is replacing an existing one, redirects and search settings need checking again after the move. We explain what you can update in WordPress and what ongoing support is included.
